About us

Shree Dutt Memorial Public School Of Science & Commerce was started from 01/04/2002. The school is run by Shail Charitable Trust a Charitable Trust registered by Charity Commissioner, Mumbai vide registration certificate dated 11/01/2001 registration No. E-19723.The Trust is also registered with Director of Income Tax (Exemption), Mumbai vide registration certificate No.DIT(E)/MC/2A/36175/2001-02. The Trust has also got exemption under section 80-G of the Income tax act, 1961 vide order dated 25/03/2009 by DIT (Exemption), Mumbai vide order No. DIT(E)/MC/80G/1488/2008/2008-09. The permanent account number of the trust is AACTS2161G.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The school has got its own magnificent building on a land of 1.57 acres. The built up area of the school is around 1650 sq. mtrs. There are three labs (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) having area of 600 sq.ft. each.There are 20 class rooms of 500 sq.ft. in area each. In addition to this, there are 6 other rooms for miscellaneous purposes. The school has also got a playground of 3000 sq.mtr. area. The entire establishment of the school is located and surrounded by pucca boundary wall.

Other Facilities

A unique laboratory in the school to promote scientific thought and temperament is the Arvind Gupta Science Lab. The lab has been set up on the concepts propounded by world renowned Science Toy.
